Alice M. "Tootie" Marconi, age 90, of Bloomsburg, passed away on Sunday, October 3, 2021, a patient of the Geisinger Medical Center in Danville.

She was born on Sunday, June 14, 1931 in Sugarloaf Twp., Columbia County, a daughter of the late Harry and Mary (Temple) Hess. For over 30 years, Alice was employed by Emenee Shirt Factory, Catawissa. She was a member of St. Columba Catholic Church, Bloomsburg. Alice loved traveling with her husband Mac and spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, Alice was also preceded in death by her loving husband Mac L. Marconi on November 8, 2016, by four sisters, Dorothy Wolford, Virgie L. Mankoski, May Saxer, Erma Benjamin, and two brothers, Freeman Hess and Mickey Hess.

Survivors include several beloved nieces and nephews.

A time of visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, October 7, 2021 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at St. Columba Catholic Church, 342 Iron St., Bloomsburg.

A Mass of Christian Burial will begin on Thursday, October 7, 2021 at 11:00 am at St. Columba Catholic Church with Rev. Francis J. Tamburro, celebrant. Graveside committal services will immediately follow in Elan Memorial Park, Lime Ridge.
