Adam N. Jewell, age 29, of Bloomsburg, passed away on Thursday, September 24, 2020, at his home. Adam was a resident of Bloomsburg for over five years and previously lived in Berwick.
He was born on Wednesday, January 23, 1991 in Erie, a son of Joseph B. Smith and Anessa M. (Mello) Cessna. Adam graduated from the Berwick High School in 2009. For over two years, Adam was employed by Bloomsburg University in the Maintenance Department. He enjoyed playing video games, coloring, drawing, and making model cars.
Survivors include his mother, Anessa M. Cessna and her boyfriend Scott Swank of Berwick, his father, Joseph B. Smith and wife Michelle of Erie, grandmother, Marjorie wife of Donald Huffman of Erie, grandmother, Judy Donohue of Bloomsburg, four sisters, Angel Smith, Areal M. Mello and boyfriend Daniel Leighow of Nescopeck, Addysen Smith of Erie, Cheyanne Wilson of Berwick, two brothers, Joe Smith of Erie, Thomas Cessna of Berwick, a niece, Adesynn Swank, five nephews, Marcus Leighow, Travis Leighow, Dimitri Wilson, Devon Wilson, Levi Wilson and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A time of visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, October 2, 2020 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the Allen Funeral Home, Inc., 745 Market at Eighth Streets, Bloomsburg.
Funeral services will begin on Friday, October 2, 2020 at 11:00 am at the Allen Funeral Home, Inc. with Rev. Bruce E. Nobel, officiating. Graveside committal services will immediately follow in Roselawn Cemetery, Berwick.
