Patricia M. Polen , age 54, of Bloomsburg, died on Monday, November 7, 2016, at her home. Patricia was a resident of her Scott Township home for 4 years.
Patricia was born on Wednesday, July 25, 1962 in Newark, New Jersey, a daughter of the late Peter and Charlotte (Salvatorietto) Polizzo.
Throughout her younger years, Patricia attended schools in New Jersey and later graduated from the Bricktown High School, Bricktown NJ in 1980.
On July 9, 1988, Patricia married her husband, Denis E. Polen. She enjoyed spending her time crocheting, baking, cooking, and most of all spending time with her grandson.
In addition to her parents, Patricia was also preceded by a sister, Kathy Budden.
Survivors include her husband of 28 years, Denis E.Polen of Bloomsburg, daughter, Alexandria Polen (Llermay Ortiz) of Hazel Twp., son, Aaron E. Polen of Bloomsburg, grandson, Ethan C. Hons, and sisters: Stephanie Polizzo Cropper (Jaimeon) of Germany, Maryann White of Orlando, FL, and Charlotte Polizzo of NJ.
A time of visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, November 11, 2016 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the Allen Funeral Home, Inc., 745 Market at Eighth St., Bloomsburg. The Allen Funeral Home, Inc., is honored to be serving the Polen family.
