Joshua D. Honse, age 32, formerly of Bloomsburg, completed his journey in this life on Tuesday, August 20, 2013 in the Harrisburg area. Josh was currently residing in York, Pennsylvania.
Josh was born on Wednesday, April 22, 1981 in Bloomsburg, a son of Cathy (Hunsinger) Skjoldal, of Catawissa and the late Christopher Honse. Josh completed his education in the year 2000 after graduating from Central Columbia High School. Most recently, he was employed as a Technician with the Graham Packaging Company in York. Josh will be truly missed by all who knew him.
In addition to his mother, Josh is survived by two children: Ava Honse of Shickshinny and Tori Honse of Bloomsburg; a sister: Corina Honse of Catawissa; a paternal grandmother: Phyllis O'Neal of Berwick; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, August 26 at 11 a.m. in the Scott Cemetery on Waterton Road, Shickshinny, with Lead Minister, Eric Miller, of the Bloomsburg Christian Church officiating. The family is being assisted by the Allen Funeral Home, Inc., 745 Market at Eighth Street, Bloomsburg.
